Here's the birthday poem I wrote a couple of months ago. Basically, to do this, you take the numbers of your birthday, and use these as the number of syllables per line. All zeros become tens. Here she goes:
"Is it to go out with a whimper or
A
Bang?"
Is what I ask the statue.
She
Just stares at me with blank, carved eyes
Neither grinning nor shedding a
Heavy granite tear down her carved face.
